Sioux Tools , Now a division of Snap on tools, you would expect good service. Not only did I get good service, but the Sioux rivet guns are just better! If you have a problem with your rivet gun or any other Sioux tool you can find an authorized service center on the web and send it in for repair. I had a problem with a rivet gun hitting or running at idle when it wasn't supposed to . I called Sioux, and received exceptional service from Buddy. He didn't have to send out a new gun but did. The Sioux 3x or 270A rivet gun from Sioux hits harder than an Avery. When you select the proper air pressure (say around 37psi) the Sioux gun will drive the rivet like it's suppose to, the Avery will need a lot more pressure to do the same job and doesn't seem to hit as many times a second as the Sioux. In a nut shell. There is a reason they are the best! Just one builders opinion. Dave |
